Lovely Pubs offer pub restaurants of immense character, offering quality, choice and outstanding hospitality. Here's some information about each one:
The Inn at the Farm
The Farm offers a double-centred experience. The pub, known as The Inn at the Farm is a place of paired back simplicity with a Scandinavian feel, where you can sit back in a comfortable chair, enjoy a drink from great range of bottled and draught beers and cask ales.
The Food at the Farm, offers traditional rustic dishes in a stunning, rugged environment comfortably seating around 90 people. A vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, wine prison, rough hewn bark and steel drinks bar, and end grain oak floor create a unique effect.
The Farm opens out onto a funky terrace, garden and 'beach', seating another 50 for those wishing to take full advantage of alfresco dining.
The menu is a mix of traditional British dishes alongside modern European ideas using best quality meats, seafoods and local produce. The menu is designed to offer food to suit your mood with small and large portions.
The ambience is laid-back and homely with a touch of the unorthodox, proving their tongue-in-cheek Latin motto of "Iustus a capitale venalicium" – just a cattle market – is far from the truth.
Mortons Kitchen, Bar & Deli
Cowhide furniture, chunky corduroy sofas, imposing wooden art and polished concrete bar, Mortons is excitingly different – a unique environment with a friendly buzz.
This is a totally new concept in relaxed drinking and dining. There are no boundaries here – thanks to the large and welcoming open design. You can even dine alfresco on the tree-decked terrace.
There's an extensive and imaginative menu with spit-roast meats, chargrilled steaks and wood-fired pizzas all freshly prepared in the open kitchen, plus a delicious deli selection.
The Boot Inn at Lapworth
The Boot Inn at Lapworth is a tremendously fab, posh country pub set in the delightful, windy roads of Warwickshire. During a recent stylish refurbishment, we kept all the traditional bits (of course) and mixed these with some more modern touches.
Our customers tell us our food is tremendous, both quality and value. We have a great cellar stocked up with cask ales and wines from around the world.
British pubs have come a long way since the dark old days of 'warm beer and cold food,' richly evidenced by our approach to the pub experience.
The Boot Inn at Lapworth combines unusual, high class food with the finest wines and beers, all against the background of a perfect country pub atmosphere. As our menu and winelists show, we know a thing or two about good food and drink.
All this in the beautiful setting of the Warwickshire countryside – we think you'll like it.
Crabmill Preston Bagot
This charming traditional country pub and restaurant has an unmistakable warmth about it, as seen in the furnishings and the menu.
The atmosphere is friendly and informal, while the overall impression is of a pub which is comfortable, light and open.
Each room has its own individual appeal and any can be reserved for private diners.
The Orange Tree
Only minutes from the NEC, this young, lively, unusual pub and restaurant is interestingly open plan with a relaxed Italian theme.
This is reflected in the authentic 'wood fired' pizzas, meats cooked on a 'wall of fire' rotisserie spit and waiting staff using an Italian deli counter for cheeses and olive oils.
Dine in style in the restaurant or book and try the private dining area that seats up to 14 people. Alternatively, eat in the bar or alfresco in the Orange Tree's large gardens. Friendly, attentive staff will ensure that your visit is truly memorable.
The Baraset Barn
Baraset Barn will provide an unforgettable dining experience. Granite, pewter and oak are used to dramatic effect within the restaurant, which comfortably seats around 100 people.
The original flagstones remind diners of the barn's 200-year history, while the on-view glass-fronted kitchen adds state of the art restaurant practices and visual appeal.
Upstairs are two separate dining areas, perfect for private business functions or family gatherings, while extensive decking will allow dining alfresco. The wide-ranging menu features prime steaks, classic salads and succulent seafood.
The Queens Head
The new Queens Head pub and restaurant at Stoke Pound, near Bromsgrove, is an idyllic canalside setting for dining and drinking. It will be offering a great menu including wood fired pizzas, barbeques and live music.
The Moat House Inn
The new addition to the Lovely Pub's collection is The Moat House. Which will be serving grills, steaks from our wood fired oven and authentic Italian pizzas. And of course, we’ll be offering all the other delicious food and drink you’ve come to expect from a lovely pub.
Our lovely pubs offer a unique eating and drinking experience, a variety of superb menus and a distinctive style of their own. So why not try them all? But please be sure to book a table in advance!
